Terms of Service

1. Bookings & Reservations

A booking is only considered confirmed once the non-refundable retainer has been paid and the rental agreement has been signed. Dates and equipment are subject to availability and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Inquiring about a date does not reserve it.

2. Deposits & Payments

We require a 50% non-refundable retainer to secure your reservation date and equipment. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 7 days prior to the event date. If the remaining balance is not paid, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain the initial deposit.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

All deposits are non-refundable. If you need to postpone your event, you must notify us at least 14 days in advance. We will gladly transfer your deposit to a future available date within 6 months of the original event date. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will forfeit the entire balance paid.

4. Setup Requirements

The client must ensure that the setup area is clean, level, and free of any debris, sharp objects, and pet waste prior to our arrival. Our team will not set up on mud, gravel, or uneven surfaces that pose a safety risk or risk damaging the equipment. Proper access (min 3ft wide path) must be available.

5. Liability & Safety

The renter assumes full responsibility for the safety of all children and individuals using the equipment. Little Legends Play Co. is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the rental period. Adult supervision is required at all times while the equipment is in use.

6. Rental Responsibilities

The renter agrees to follow these strict rules while using our equipment:

• No shoes allowed on the soft play or in the ball pits or bounce houses. Socks are required.
• No food, drinks, or candy near or on the equipment.
• No sharp objects, jewelry, or glasses in the active play areas.
• No face paint, glitter, confetti, slime, or markers near the equipment. These cause permanent staining.
• No pets allowed on or near the equipment.

7. Weather Policies (Outdoor Events)

For outdoor events, we require the client to have an indoor backup location. We will not set up outdoors if rain, high winds (over 15mph), or extreme heat are forecasted. The equipment becomes dangerously slippery when wet and uncomfortably hot to the touch in direct summer sun. A shaded area (canopy or trees) is highly recommended for all outdoor setups.

8. Equipment Usage

Equipment must not be moved once our team has completed the installation. Altering the setup compromises safety and may cause damage. Only the agreed-upon number of individuals should use the equipment concurrently based on our capacity guidelines.

9. Damages & Cleaning Fees

The renter is fully responsible for the equipment during the rental period. If the equipment is damaged, permanently stained (e.g., from face paint or markers), or excessively dirty beyond normal use, the renter will be charged an excessive cleaning fee (min $100) or the full replacement cost of the damaged item(s).

10. Service Areas & Delivery

Delivery fees apply to all bookings and are calculated based on the distance from our headquarters to the event venue. Additional fees may apply for difficult access setups (e.g., stairs, long walking distances, elevators) not disclosed during the booking process.

11. Intellectual Property

The imagery, text, branding, and designs on this website are the intellectual property of Little Legends Play Co. and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our explicit written permission.

12. Website Usage

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
