Important details about our luxury rental process.
What is your setup and breakdown process?
We arrive 1-2 hours before your event to ensure everything is perfectly set up and sanitized. Breakdown takes about 45 minutes after the rental period.
Can we use the equipment outdoors?
Yes! We specialize in both indoor and outdoor setups. For outdoor events, we require a flat, dry surface and strongly recommend shaded areas or a canopy.
Are your ball pit balls cleaned?
Absolutely. We use hospital-grade sanitizers after every single event. Cleanliness is our priority.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 7 days prior to your event.
